*Nominees will be eligible for 5 years from the date of nomination.

All nominations must have Davidson County ‘ties’ and be associated with a sport as a player, coach, official or a major contributor to the development of sports.
A player will only be eligible after five (5) years of playing that sport.
The Davidson County Sports Board will select a specified number of inductees, both living and posthumously.

Nominations must be received no later than July 15, 2018.

For those mailing an Inductee Nomination Form, please put “Hall of Fame” on the outside of the envelope and mail it to 121 Fox Haven Court, Lexington, NC 27292.
